Personality:

Fog is something that rings true to this dwarf, more so than he had ever hoped. He had a life before the one he lives now, but it was stolen from him after he sacrificed himself to the fog. Sometimes he has dreams, vague shapes and voices that ring of his past, but nothing solid enough to cling to. He is tormented by hints of who he used to be, left with millions of questions on who he was, and where he came from. Garth is plagued with thoughts on why he ended up where he was without his memories, wondering if he was escaping from someone, or from something that he had become. Garth is now a new Felvarg, a blank slate wiped clean of any past. It’s left him stumbling in the dark, trying to figure out what he wants to be. He does his best to hide just how terrified of himself he is, not able to grasp if he was a monster in his past life and that that’s why he ran. He does his best to be kind and understanding, but can sometimes grow irritated if conversations dwell on for too long. His attention span isn’t particularity long, and once he reaches the end of his rope he becomes withdrawn and grumpy. He is trying to take this second chance at life into account, but there is always something holding him back. Random things seem to trigger glimpses of the past for Gath, leaving him confused and disoriented when they happen. He seems to withdraw into himself as they occur, trying so very hard to cling to anything solid, but always falling short. Once out of these lapses he becomes very unpredictable, often seeming disconnected from reality. It can take anywhere from minutes or even hours sometimes for him to come back to earth. Because of this he likes to spend his time alone, tinkering with things and trying to figure out how they tick. If he can’t figure out himself, he might as well spend his time trying to figure out how things work. It gives him some satisfaction, and it is one of the only things that can quell his anxious mind.
