Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use any part of Felvargs.com. Access to mature content is restricted to users 18 and older.
• By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and up to date. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to bypass our one-account-per-member rule may result in permanent suspension.
• Account names, display names, and personal identifiers must not be offensive, obscene, or infringe on any copyright, trademark, or protected property.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password. You are liable for all activity under your account, whether authorized or not. Report any breach or unauthorized access immediately.
• You agree not to use Felvargs.com for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Theft, plagiarism, or misrepresentation of creative work (artwork, literature, designs, etc.) that you did not create is strictly prohibited.
• The use of AI-generated content—text, imagery, or otherwise—is not permitted under any circumstances unless explicitly authorized by Felvargs Management.
• You may not upload or display content (including images, banners, or assets) without clear ownership rights or permission. Content found in violation will be removed.
• You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of our services.
• Felvargs Management may suspend or terminate access to any user at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
• By submitting content (e.g., images, text, or designs) to Felvargs, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and share your content for purposes related to the operation and promotion of the community. You retain full ownership of your work.
  • You warrant that (i) the content is your original work or that you hold the rights to share it, and (ii) it does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or contractual rights.

Copyright Policy

Purchases/Trades/Exchanges

• Felvargs.com is not responsible for private trades, commissions, or service exchanges between users. These transactions are conducted at your own risk.
• Players may not sell or trade Felvargs-related content in exchange for artwork or literature that grants commercial usage rights. Our community and resources are not to be used for the development of external games or commercial projects.
• We may intervene in confirmed cases of scamming, theft, or fraud, but are not obligated to reverse or refund any external transactions.
• In-game transactions may be reversed if credible proof of manipulation or deception is provided.
• All claims, purchases, and reservations made through the Emporium are considered binding. Failure to complete a claim may result in disciplinary action:
  • First violation: 3-month Emporium suspension and 3-week gameplay suspension.
  • Second violation: 6-month gameplay suspension.
  Claims consume resources. Submit only when ready to follow through.

Visual Customization Guidelines

• Accessibility First: Pages must remain readable and navigable at all times. Avoid extreme contrast, hidden text, unreadable fonts, or color combinations that obscure content.
• Photo Sensitivity & Motion Safety: Rapid flashing elements, strobe effects, intense animations, or aggressive motion that may trigger photosensitivity or discomfort are not permitted.
• No Disruptive Visual Effects: Excessive particle effects, looping animations, manipulating HTML or CSS to change the layout, or visual noise that interferes with usability are not allowed.
• Respect Performance Limits: Customizations must not significantly impact page load times, stability, the structure we provide, or performance for other users.
• No Malicious or Deceptive Design: Visual styling may not mimic site UI in misleading ways, conceal required information, or interfere with moderation or reporting tools.
• Rules Still Apply: All customized pages remain fully subject to existing community rules, content guidelines, and moderation policies.
• Right to Reset: We reserve the right to reset any customized page to its default layout if it presents accessibility concerns, performance issues, or negatively impacts user experience. This may occur without prior notice.

Community Standards

• All users are expected to uphold a respectful and welcoming environment across Felvargs.com and affiliated platforms.
• Spreading misinformation, inciting hostility, or creating a toxic environment may result in immediate removal.
• Harassment, bullying, spam, excessive admin pinging, promotion of unrelated projects, threats, or explicit content are strictly prohibited.
• Please refrain from posting on sensitive topics, including but not limited to religion, politics, COVID, adoption vs. breeding debates, or trauma-related content. Posts suggesting harm to oneself or others will be taken seriously and may result in legal intervention if deemed necessary for community safety.
• Access to the official Felvargs Discord is a privilege, not a right. Disrespect toward staff, disruptive behavior, or repeated disputes over moderation may result in removal without warning.
• We reserve the right to deny Discord access at our discretion, including cases involving prior rule-breaking in other communities or suspicious behavior.
