Personality:

An incorrigible jokester, Mutu has never once taken life seriously. He manages to slide along without dealing with the harsher things the world has to offer by sweet-talking his way into others’ good graces. For the most part, this goes quite well. In addition to the smoothness of his words, he is genuinely good company until the going gets tough. Mutu is always ready with a story, a secret, or somewhere interesting to go. He isn’t the slightest bit stingy and happily spends his money on experiences or others’ behalf. And there’s a childish innocence to him, a joy in the way he takes everything in so totally. In short, he’s easy to love... when things are easy. At the first sign of trouble he is likely to bolt, and he’s gotten quite good over the years at weaseling out of obligations. He hates to be tied down, grows too restless when he can’t rush off to the next big thing. Gods forbid you actually try to blame him for something. His nickname, “Little Fish”, is owed in large part to how dang slippery he is. It’s difficult to get fault to stick to him when he wants so badly for such nastiness to be forgotten and moved past. Sweeping it all under the rug? No problem at all. He’ll be gone in the morning and never have to deal with the mess again, anyway. Many have begged Mutu to grow up, to really think about what exactly he’d like to do with himself and for his homeland in general. So far, he’s not found reason enough to listen to them.
