Oleander is the type of direwolf that can often fade into the background. He's not out spoken or really loud at all, but rather a silent observer. He is usually in the background. He is often at a loss for words, finding it hard to put his feelings into the right words. His actions often speak louder than anything, and he goes out of his way to try and show his feelings through body language rather than words. If he does try to speak, he is usually silent for quite some time to formulate his thoughts correctly. He usually thinks too long over what to say, leaving long pauses in conversations that can quickly turn awkward. This is not to be mistaken for being shy though, he just doesn't want his words to get lost in translation. Ollie is good at hiding his feelings from his features, which can often come across as him being cold and unemotional, which is not the case. He cares a lot for his friends and family, but doesn't think that displaying unnecessary emotions will achieve anything. This can make communicating with him very difficult. He is more open with his emotions around those that he cares for though, either that or they have just become used to his small facial ticks. Ollie is very protective of his family and friends, but that is not the only thing. He loves to grow plants, and doesn't let anyone touch them. He can often be found around his little gardens, tending to the weeds and keeping them safe. Because he finds it very hard to sleep due to the constant nightmares and vivid dreams, he tends to his garden when everyone else is sleeping. Oleander is the most relaxed when he's around his plants, and goes to them when he is feeling out of sorts.
