Nero likes to pretend that his job is very serious. He never leaves Vessra’s camp, claiming that he keeps an eye on everyone as they work, making sure that they’re safe. However, most of the time, he’s upside down on a cushion with his paws in the air - this has stuck him with the name Lord of the Long Blink. When he’s not ‘resting his eyes’, he’s chatty and amiable, especially to those who drop off his favorite snack. To anyone who asks, he insists that he’s there to protect the camp, but at the first sign of trouble he’s nowhere to be found.
