Located in the heart of Norn’s Weave is the soft, timid candlemaker Neve. She is a bit of a shut-in, choosing to spend her time working with delicate waxes to form beautiful candles instead of engaging with otherfel. She sleeps during the day and does her work at night so that she can see the fruits of her labor lit all around her.
