Some whisper in the dead of night about the boogeyman Grimmjarl, a ferocious, furious rekka that works for the underbelly of Niflheim. He’s an enforcer for one of the most powerful rekka on the island, and his erratic, deranged behavior marks him as someone decidedly dangerous.
