Maple -- The Witch of the Mountain. She is wise beyond her years and a lively, caring creature. She was taken in as an apprentice by an elder female that lived in isolation, practicing witchcraft, hexes, and various other spells. Maple was taught everything she knew and vowed to use her talents in magic for good. She does her best to help those that come to her for aid, and will even go out of her way at times to provide blessings and charms of good luck.

Maple lives in isolation as well because that's all she's ever known, but she is not shy and does enjoy receiving visitors on her mountain. Maybe one day she will find a soulmate to share her life with, but for now she is content living quietly with her magic.
