Personality
Mordrust has always been a bit of a pessimist, he has a very negative view of the world and because of that he really never thought he'd settle down and have a family. He is an archeologist, geologist, paleontologist, and historian, who strongly believes the fact that the past predicts the future. This of course doesn't do much to improve his outlook on the world. He hates the gods and by extension, most of the alphas as well. He just doesn't see a point in deities who are just as flawed as mortals.

He values logic and wisdom, but is rather closed minded when it comes to other felvarg's opinions... especially if they are younger than he is.

To many he comes off as rude, and it is difficult to get him talking. He also tends to seem rather cold and uncaring to those around him, though if he saw someone in trouble he would help (begrudgingly).
History
Mordrust spent most of his youth wandering. There are few places in the world he hasn't seen, and few caves he's left unexplored. He has documented different archeological sites extensively, and has written many history books... which probably will never see the light of day.

One day he met two she-fel, one of whom was very interested in his work and wanted to partner with him in hopes of making some grand discovery to share with the world. Mordrust at first just tolerated Theresa's company, but eventually realized she was a good, reliable, and competent companion.
They ended up working together for a long time... Theresa believing he was an answer to a wish she made at a mysterious wishing well that she found alongside Etheria. Mordrust took a good while to come around but he did eventually realize that he loved her and they (tried) to settle down together. They ended up having pups and were reunited with Etheria, who Theresa named godmother of her children.

Eventually however Mordrust left. He didn't say goodbye, and he didn't leave any hints as to where he went. (yeah he's a terrible father). This isn't really because he didn't love his family, though he was starting to worry that he'd made a huge mistake by bringing more pups into a world he deemed so corrupted. However, the main reason he left was because he believes that he is on the cusp of discovering how to stop the calamity that he'd predicted.
Theresa doesn't think that he meant to leave her and their pups behind, but Etheria is sure that Mordrust just abandoned them. To Etheria, Mordrust always seemed like the type who didn't want any commitments and didn't really love anything. Theresa is sure that he had a good reason to leave and that he had every intention to come back. So she took her pups and went searching for Mordrust, asking Etheria not to come.

Years ago, Mordrust had begun seeing signs that something was coming. It took him a while to realize just what these signs could mean, but when he did, it terrified him. While he may have had selfish reasons for leaving his family too, he ultimately left because he thinks he can find a way to stop this calamity he believes is coming.

Currently, Theresa is still searching for her partner, her pups in tow. While Mordrust is off doing who knows what in an attempt to save the world he thinks he hates.
