A haunting, charming, and passionate romantic, Cecil is a gentleman with a particular taste for others. He carries a lot of love and is interested in sharing, whether it's studying the languages the world has to offer, or whether it's a lonely stranger in need of sweet words. He's astute, clever, and quick on the upbeat, even to the point of using his quirk of being blind to an advantage--and often does he! He is, however, always polite and never seems to act out of line unless the suave, debonair hellhound is confident that he can get away with it.
Cecil travels the world with wonder in his steps, always on the quest to track down the most delicious hunts he can find. The tastier the hunt, the better -- moreso if he can gift it to his love as well. He is very clean and often buries away any mess that is created during the hunt. Cecil is also a very athletic and active Felvarg. One of his favorite hobbies is running, and he'll wake up at the break of dawn to jog each morning.
Once one gets to know Cecil a little, they may notice that despite keeping to a routine in his day-to-day life, he withholds spontaneous whims quite often. There always seem to be shenanigans happening in the background of the sightless fellow, especially should one find him with his love and fancy, Neiuro. In the rare times he visits towns, Cecil behaves a little more mutely than his usual charismatic flair, although he's more than happy to butter up the natives. He's outgoing and bursting with an energy that can easily bubble onto others.
Really though, it's best if one avoids Cecil by all means necessary, else one might find themselves served on a silver platter...
