Once, he worked as a guard in Faegir underneath Nar’s watchful gaze, but after butting heads with the dwarf one too many times, he left to go his own way. Svar is intensely loyal under the right conditions, namely when you prove yourself to him, but his dominating and stoic presence makes him hard to get along with and even harder to read. Surviving in the wilderness requires a certain amount of practicality, but he has long since learned his lessons about how harsh nature can be and will instead be harsher in return.
