Personality:

As a young girl, Isolde lived on the island of Jormundandr with her parents. They were often off training for the great war, leaving her with a lot of free time on her hands. To keep herself entertained, she wove these fantastical tales of her being the princess locked away in a tower, or simply ruling over her kingdom. She took great pleasure in these games, creating story after story about this make-believe world. She was even able to get some of the other village children to play with her, acting as her knights and ladies in waiting. It was the perfect world in her mind, one that she was even able to share with her parents sometimes. When the curse struck her home and she was forced into the body of a Felvarg, Isolde was still pretty young. It was such a traumatic shock to her young mind that she clung to the world of her dreams, adapting it as reality. When she woke up, she truly believed that she was a princess that ruled over all the land before her. She had made her way to the mainland once the boats got moving to move her kingdom to this new place. She grew up truly believing that her woven world was the real one, every day waking up as the princess that she thinks she is. As she grew older, her broken mind didn't let go of this fantasy life, making her even more fragile and dangerous than she was before. Now when other Felvargs don't play their roles like how she sees them - even if they have no idea - she can grow violent and dangerous, harming herself and those around her. Nothing can break this world she's created, her mind simply won't allow for it. Isolde acts very much the role she believes she is, just and kind, and yet a little pretentious and self-involved. Her moods can seem to swing drastically, her mind truly unbalanced from the sharp trauma that was never really dealt with. Most of the time she plays her part, a listening and caring girl who wants the best for her people. She can speak in a formal matter, but often times sounds overly childish or whiny if she doesn't get her way. Some say that she never really grew up, her mind clinging to that last fragment of happiness that was her fake world, refusing to let go or move on. She doesn't remember much from her past at all, but sometimes wakes up screaming from nightmares that she never remembers.
