HISTORY

An individual who very much fulfills the meaning of his name. Rúni holds many things close to his heart, and among the strongest is the story of how he and his many siblings came to be. He lets that be his driving force and determines that he must continue living in a way that would earn his 'true father's' pride. He acts not in violence unless provoked to such, and is generally a very calm individual who delights in the company of strangers. At times the male can seem almost fatherly and very interested in the going-ons of those younger than he. Yet the silver-white varg has many things besides the lore of the world that he holds close to him. Among those secrets are those relating to his dark past and history - riddled with bloodshed by Rúni in his youth. Desperate and searching for a purpose to his life he had misread and misunderstood text that described his species' savagry. Taking it to mean that he was to be as savage as his kind were once they were wronged he had savagely attacked all those who dared stand in his way. The silver-coated felvarg stayed in a state where his fur was perpetually satined crimson, being a fearsome creature. One day he was cornered by one of the alphas who had grown weary of how the male had been behaving. A brief verbal scuffle brought with it a spark of understanding in the young felvarg. The alpha, sensing this, took the silver wolf on a journey. The journey across the land brought with it the truth behind the text and for the first time in his life, the felvarg had felt shame. It had taken years of personally assigned repentance before he returned to society once more with a new calling. He is to remember the stories he's been told and to prevent them from being polluted by those who would see them tainted. With this revelation he's become a lorekeeper for himself, and all those who care to listen to the silver felvarg's words.
