When it comes to strangers Uthyrmir is cold and detached. While he may work with others he does so begrudgingly and generally without much enjoyment. Uther is a man who does not trust others easily and the sort who keeps only a select few close to him. His family are the main ones he trusts and has sworn loyalty to. Despite how he looks Uthyrmir is a felvarg who has been well educated. He enjoys reading and learning new things. Uther so, perhaps surprisingly, enjoys going on adventures. He finds joy in the journey rather than the end result of one. Overall Uthyrmir may be seen as more of a lone wolf which is not too far off the mark.
