Capable | Hardworking | Resourceful | Skillful | Strong || Uncooperative | Hostile | Cunning | Selfish | Meddlesome Decimus is a Felvarg that most would say to avoid. The perfect recipe for a manipulative, backstabbing jerk, the giant male has ten times as many enemies than friends, if you would even consider them his friends. He doesn't have much care for anyone other than himself, and he knows exactly how to get what he wants. Some would say his muzzle is trapped in a constant snarl, and its true that he has major rbf. If asked for help he would reply with a loud "f- off" and be on his way. He's snappy and rather uncivil with his word-choice most of the time, though he can and will be the perfect prince, with perfected grammar and charming words, when needed. The dire is built like a fortress, with strong rippling muscles, tall legs, and razor-sharp fangs that can rip off a limb. His strength is paired with a wide skill-set that is helpful in nearly any situation, though his typical achievement of goals or wishes is by deceit, lies, and manipulation. Additionally he is incredibly resourceful. Decimus always seems to know when, where, and from who he can recieve help or goods. If his aspirations are unobtainable by means of using others, he's surprisingly very hardworking- if he wants it badly enough, nothing will stop him from reaching his goals. He's perfectly capable, too, which pairs well with his diligent nature. Decimus can and will play around in others' drama. He enjoys tension that fights and secrets between others can create, and he'll watch from the sidelines in glee after sending the fragile mountain of feelings toppling down. Whether its from spreading rumors or obtaining secrets that aren't his to share, he'll be sure the other side hears of his anonymous shenanigans and watch the story unfold. At the end of the day, though packed full of flaws and negative character traits that send most Felvarg's running, he's learning. One would never describe him as empathetic or caring, but when it comes to the one Felvarg who managed to capture his attention and the family they have together, he holds them with a certain tenderness to his heart.

Fling

Decimus used Thoren as a one-night-stand-that-turned-into-a-rather-toxic-relationship. After abandoning Valora once learning she was pregnant, Decimus returned to his old ways, sleeping around and entering relationships left and right without a care in the world. Decimus didn't fall for Thoren- she was most definitely merely a fling. He didn't care much for her, only the distraction she brought him when he found his thoughts drifting too close to Valora. They have since cut ties, and don't have contact with one another.

Silver Bells #854

Childhood Friend

They were close, once, within Arcay's pack. Silver was around Decimus's age and so they were known to play together often, sneak out, pull pranks, you name it. However their similarities ended when Deci off-handedly suggested his plans of dethroning his father. Silver was repulsed by the idea, completely convinced that if he went through with it he would throw the entire pack into chaos. Silver threatened to tell Arcay, and an argument erupted- one which left Decimus standing over her dead body. He doesn't remember the action, merely that one moment they were yelling, the next she wasn't breathing. He regrets her death- not for her, but for the fact that had he not of killed her, he still would have had the chance to steal his father's rank.

Flynn #3022

Brother

Flynn, as a puppy, worshipped the ground Decimus walked on. He looked up to his older brother in every aspect of his life, and wanted to be exactly like him. That was, until he learned that Deci had broken a rule. Murdered someone at that. And to top it off, he left his sister scarred and broken. Now Flynn's mission is to track down Decimus and return him to their father- and he doesn't care if he brings him back dead or alive. Decimus is aware that his brother hunts him. He has enough sense to steer clear of Flynn, but he knows that his younger brother is simply a burning ember, too wrapped up in his head with own anger towards Decimus to cause much damage. Decimus is rather indifferent towards him, and sees him more as an inconvience than anything.

Mylah #3011

Sister

She is scarred, half blind, and mute, all due to Decimus. She was the one to discover his horrendous deeds- catching him in the act of burying Silver Bells to cover up her death, but a squeak of fear gave her away. Decimus panicked and mauled her, leaving her with scars running far deeper than the surface. But Mylah, ever the sweetest and most forgiving being you'll meet, has forgiven her brother since. She holds no ill feelings towards him despite his actions in her newfound disabilities and PTSD. Decimus would never admit to it, but he does feel terrible for what he did to her. He misses her sweet nature, and though they did not interact much as pups, they got along well enough for Decimus to wish he had never done to her what he did.

Willow #2985

Sister

Willow has extremely mixed feelings towards Decimus. They never did interact much- the white and black female much to gentle and squeamish to join in on Deci's far more hard core games as a pup. One would call them acquaintances more so than siblings, with a knowledge of one another without knowing the inner workings of their personalities. For this Willow sees Deci's actions, killing Silver Bells, as entirely disgraceful. However she is no doubt the pacifist of the group. While killing her was wrong, she doesn't see much in chasing him down and forcing him home. She is simply content to let him run, so long as he does not return and harm her family. Decimus could not give a flying fuck, unfortunately. She's his sister. That's about all he would say.

Arcay #334

Father

Decimus is in no way fond of his father. The male rules over his pack with an iron fist, and has strict rules for them all to follow- even for his own children. Deci always felt constricted by these rules, felt held down and trapped by his father's claws. He was never present during his childhood, always too busy to take much notice of Decimus and his siblings, leaving Deci with a growing dislike of his father. His dream ever since he was old enough to wield a dagger was to dethrone Arcay and rule the pack by his rules, but by murdering one of their own, and therefore breaking one of the rules, Decimus found himself cast out, banished, and with a bounty over his head - one that didn't care if he was returned alive, beaten, or dead. Both males have grown to despise each other in their own ways.

Daedalus #3983

Son

Decimus's youngest child, Dae is essentially a miniature version of him, with an added pinch of extra laziness. Decimus showers the kid in his affections- they like to joke together and annoy Valora to the ends of the earth. Deci actually gave Dae the name Squash before his real name, Daedalus, came about. Valora, absolutely refusing to call her son Squash, named him Daedalus instead, but Decimus would only ever call him Squash. Now he honestly responds to Squash more frequently than his actual name. He finds great joy in the distress this causes his mother (don't worry, it's all in good fun).

Dunlin #3515

Son

Dunlin and Deci have a rather rocky relationship. They are no doubt affectionate towards one another, but the small male is definitely a momma's boy. Decimus tries his best, but no matter his efforts Dunlin will always chose Valora over him. He honestly doesn't blame him- heck, he would chose Valora over himself as well! but despite this, Decimus finds that he feels he failed his oldest son in some way. They simply can't seem to bond with one another as well as the others, and Dunlin always comes off as rather shy around his dad.

Emery #3479

Daughter

Decimus is extremely cautious with Emery. She's sweet, naïve, and the most delicate of all the pups. He loves to spoil her with small gifts- things like flowers, cool stones, anything that would perk her ears up. He finds himself a bit disgruntled that his pups turn him "soft", but in the end he does it anyway. Perhaps Decimus isn't as dense as he comes off- he very clearly has a soft spot, and it would be his family.

Vanya #3952

Daughter

Unlike his other children, Decimus bonds with Vanya through training, drills, and battle. She's a little war monster, wanting to fight anyone anywhere. Decimus finds this hilarious, but he would never say that out loud. Instead, whenever he finds himself with Vanya, they are training- sharpening each other's skills, with Decimus at the helm of teaching her just about everything he knows when it comes to battle.
