Cryptic and elusive, this shadow-like felvarg is more heard than seen in the Felvarg population. He keeps to himself for the most part, finding comfort in the most desolate and uninhabitable places. He is known to haunt the Shrine of Ragnarok, Lake Skaro, and the Vale of Whisperers frequently. However, he claims his home to be the Spine of Odin, where his shrill howls are known to cut through still nights like knives. He is most likely the figure you see out of the corner of your eye and write off as a trick of light when passing through these treacherous areas. Black Bart likes to refer to himself as a gentleman, and can be very pursuasive and punctual should he cross paths and interract with another felvarg. But it is still unknown where his true intents lie, and whether or not he can be trustworthy. He will not hesitate to retaliate or act on impulse without any regard for the consequence. He has been deemed the Outlaw Gentleman for this very reason.
