How to Participate?

To participate members should create an entry meeting the requirements outlined in the Feltide guide and submit it to the respective activity folder for rewards.

Requirements

Location: Ulfrheim, Helvalla, Jormungandr
Setting: Snowy Mountains, Ice, Snow, Hail, Frozen Lakes, Winter

Be mindful that activities submitted into the Feltide folder will return Feltide rewards. This means it will not return additional activity rewards regardless of the setting depicted.

(ex. You can depict your Felvarg tracking prey in a snow-covered forest, but the rewards will be Feltide rewards, not tracking.)

Participation can be both Simple and Complex activities.

Digital / Traditional Artwork

The image must be lined, colored, shaded and have a complex background. Detailed painterly/lineless work will also be accepted.

Images must be fullbody and visibly show 75% or more of the Felvarg(s).

Literature

The story must be at least 1,000 (Simple) / 1,200 (Complex) words in length. We recommend using this program to check your word count: wordcounter.net

The story must focus on the task at paw and the Felvargs receiving activity rolls must be extremely relevant to/active in the story. Each Felvarg must be mentioned fluidly and reasonably often.

Collaboration work will add an additional +300 Word Count, and Artwork collaborations will have a keener eye of judgement.

Players may enter a total of 2 Feltide entries each day for rewards.

A total of 3 Felvargs can participate in each Feltide entry for rewards.

Submit all entries to the 'Feltide' folder with a tag of Feltide in activity.

All optional prompts have complex requirement.

Given Feltide is an event no tack applies unless the tack confirms its use during events!

Feltide Prompts ?

Complete optional bonus prompts a SINGLE time for a special reward. Members can complete them as many times as they see fit to hoard badges. Submit all completed prompts to their own folders with the prompt title present as the entry title to be granted those unique rewards.

While each member can claim the rewards to the 5 prompts below a single time, the Feltide activity as a whole can continuously be entered (2 submissions daily).

Lulla-Pie

As Feltide approaches it is tradition for Felvargs to bake delicious goods from scratch. While somefel are more skilled than otherfels at creating such delicious desserts, allfel are skilled in enjoying them!

Completion Requirement: Depict or Write your Felvarg baking or enjoying a delicious pie, crafted from skilled paws.

Fel-luminate

To celebrate this year’s Feltide, the Village of Hearth has decorated its many winding streets with festive lights, inspiring everyfel to pay a visit and indulge in the magic.

Completion Requirement: Depict or Write your Felvarg wondering the streets of Hearth in awe of the many Feltide lights strung high above.

Snowfel

What better place to build a snowfel than the depths of The Path of Valhalla? The winding winter trees and layers of snow that rest against the frigid forest floor is the perfect place to construct such a friend.

Completion Requirement: Depict or Write your Felvarg building a snowfel in the winding trees of Valhalla.

Don’t Cocoa It Alone!

There is no better way to share a hot cocoa, than to share it beside a friend. Flickering flames from a nearby fire will only help warm your soul.

Completion Requirement: Depict or Write your Felvarg sharing a cuppa of cocoa next to warm flames, beside a felfriend of their choosing. (Both will be eligible for rewards!)

Feltide Offering

Every year Felvargs traverse from far and wide to place a present beneath the Feltide tree for those who spend Feltide alone.

Completion Requirement: Depict or Write your Felvarg placing a christmas present beneath the Feltide tree. The tree is placed within The Village of Hearth.
